1. The Joint Japan/World Bank Graduate Scholarship Program (JJ/WBGSP)
The Joint Japan/World Bank Graduate Scholarship Program (JJ/WBGSP) is available to women and men from developing countries who are applying to master’s degree programs in development-related fields and who have relevant professional experience and a history of supporting their countries’ development efforts.

SCHOLARSHIP REQUIREMENT
- Candidate must be a citizen of a nation on this list that is a World Bank member;
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s (or equivalent) degree that was acquired at least three years before the deadline for applications;
- Candidate must not possess dual citizenship with any advanced nation;
- Candidate must have a good physique;
- Candidate must possess at least three years of recent job experience in development after receiving a Bachelor’s (or comparable) degree;
- Candidate must have a paid, full-time job doing development-related work at the time the scholarship application is submitted. possess a Bachelor’s degree (or an equivalent university degree) that you earned no more than 3 years ago and that you obtained no more than 6 years prior to the application deadline.
- Candidate must have on or before the deadline for scholarship applications be accepted unconditionally to at least one of the JJ/WBGSP participating master’s programs that are situated outside of the applicant’s country of citizenship and country of residence listed when the call for scholarship applications opens. Before submitting your application, you must upload the letter of admission.
- Candidate must have relations working with the World bank.
TO APPLY
- To Apply for this Scholarship you must first apply and be unconditionally accepted for admission to at least one of the Participating Programs in order to be eligible for a JJ/WBGSP scholarship.
- YOU MUST UPLOAD AN UNCONDITIONAL LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE FROM A PARTICIPATING MASTER’S PROGRAM in your application. Once the scholarship is available, applications are submitted online. Depending on the participating program,

2. Funded University of Geneva Excellence Masters Fellowships
The University of Geneva’s Faculty of Science has created an Excellence Fellowship Program in partnership with a number of sponsors to provide financial assistance to exceptional and highly motivated individuals who wish to pursue a Master of Science in any of the faculties’ academic specialties.

From the first of January, applicants must submit their applications online. Following registration, you will get an email with a unique link that you may use to complete the application. The deadline for applications is March 15, 2023.

3. Funded Science@Leuven Scholarships
Leuven Science Scholarships are available to exceptional and driven international students who want to take part in a global master’s program at the K.U.Leuven Faculty of Science.

SCHOLARSHIP REQUIREMENT
- Applicant must have not previously studied or worked at the University of Leuven;
- Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree from a foreign institution that qualifies them for the master’s program they are applying for;
- Applicant must not yet hold a master’s or a Ph.D.;
- Applicant must have a very strong command of English (TOEFL, minimum score 94 internet-b).
- The applicants are ready to represent the program as an ambassador.

TO APPLY
- Candidates must use the KU Leuven application tool to apply for the Master’s program of their choosing. When you register on the scholarship website, you must attach a screenshot proving that your admissions application was submitted correctly.
