In Norway, most of the Norwegian state universities and university colleges have enforced no-charge tuition fees to all students including international students. And this policy applies to all students at all levels of academia including undergraduate studies, Master’s programs, and Ph.D. programs. but students will still have to have to pay a semester fee of NOK 300-600 for each semester.

Applicants should also note that this policy only applies to a few Norwegian universities and colleges, which are for courses at the Master’s level.  Most private universities have tuition fees for all their programs and courses. But the fees are usually significantly lower than those of comparable studies in most other countries. Also, foreign students don’t pay higher tuition fees than Norwegian students.

In Austria, the federal/public universities in Austria only charge about 726.72 Euros per semester for tuition fees plus 20.20 Euros per semester for student union membership fees and the cost of living for students in Austria is approximately 800 Euros per month which can cover accommodation, food, and personal expenses.

Most of the Universities in Germany except Baden-Württemberg do not charge tuition fees for bachelor’s and master’s degree programs for all students including international students.  In some Federal States, Universities will charge a semester contribution (about 50 euros) and/or administration fees (about 50 euros, Unlike undergraduate studies, most Master’s studies in Germany come with tuition fees, but they’re not as high as in other countries. and the Cost of Studying in Germany is approximately 500-800 Euros for accommodation, transport, food, and miscellaneous expenses.

In Finland, all English-taught Bachelor’s or Master’s programs do charge tuition free except for Doctoral level studies which are tuition-free to both domestic and international students and the Cost of living in Finland is approximately around 700-900 Euros per month.

Currently, Swedish universities are charging international student tuition fees for students studying at the bachelor’s or master’s level. But most of the universities are also offering full and partial scholarships in the form of tuition waivers for international students.
